INSIDE "CHINA STRIKE FORCE"

"'China Strike Force' is the working title. The movie, in a nutshell, is about two 'baddies' (played by Coolio and me), who are trying to bring our style of corruption into China. The two 'goodies' (Aaron Kwok and Wong Lee Hom) are rookie cops, trying to stop us. Norika, the star actress from Japan, plays the mysterious woman between the two factions. Both my and Aaron's characters fall for her.

"Lots of Stanley Tong action - guns, car chases, explosions, and punches and kicks. Yes, Stanley likes us to make real contact for the fights. Ken Low helps us out with that. I had a fight scene with him and, yes, he really is that good! Super nice, helpful, and professional - a joy to work with."

Mark asked us to share with you a bit about one particular phenomenal scene...

Aaron Kwok and Mark were fighting on top of a Rolls Royce, which was dangling from a helicopter, moving at 180 knots, and "assisted" by huge winds. With the helicopter suspended over a thousand feet in the air, Mark and Aaron were tethered to safety cables attached to the large helicopter's underbelly. On the inserts (for the close-ups), they were still not on the ground, which is relatively unusual. The car was hanging from a cargo net, 50 to 60 feet in the air - there was a wind machine, no safety cables, no nets, and the crane holding the car was swinging wildly. The most amazing thing was that, as usual for Mark, there were no stunt doubles!
